Rest + Rejuvenation Retreat at River House
Maiaveda and Flop House have teamed up to offer private wellness retreats at River House. River House is a beautifully appointed, luxurious house managed by Flop House that is located on two secluded acres by the Coliban River in Lauriston, in the Macedon Ranges.
River House is available for a limited number of boutique retreats that will be facilitated by Maiaveda.
The Rest + Rejuvenation Retreat will be delivered at River House in Lauriston.
Retreat participant’s will have the choice of either staying at River House or one of our other Flop Houses located in Kyneton.
Maiaveda’s custom Ayurvedic retreats will be held for small groups of 8 – 10 participants and will centre on Ayurvedic principles to help restore balance and wellbeing. All participants receive a 1:1 consultation with an Ayurvedic Practitioner before and upon commencing the retreat to ensure that the program is tailored to individual needs.
Enjoy the blissful surrounds at River House and let yourself be pampered with daily Ayurvedic treatments, yoga + meditation, guided walks, Ayurvedic seminars and Ayurvedic meals.
All retreat packages include the following:
