If you have allergies, high blood pressure, heart conditions, other medical conditions, or are pregnant, please consult your doctor before booking spa therapies.
We also ask that you inform your therapist of any and all medical conditions, as this helps us tailor your experience and avoid contraindicated treatments.
Alcohol consumption is not recommended before or directly after therapies. Arrive wearing loose, comfortable clothing, especially for private Yoga Therapy, Energy Healing, and Reflexology sessions.
Gift Vouchers:
Gift vouchers can be purchased in person at Maiaveda or instantly online via our Gift Card Shop.
Vouchers are non‑transferable for cash, non‑refundable, and not replaceable if lost, damaged, or stolen.
Vouchers cannot be altered, photocopied, or reproduced and are void if tampered with.
Note that prices listed under “Treatments" and "Spa Rituals” on our online gift vouchers apply for Monday–Friday bookings only. Redeeming on weekends may incur an additional charge; weekend prices are shown on our service menus. Please bring a copy of your e-voucher or show digital evidence of it when redeeming. Physical handwritten vouchers are required at our counter when redeeming.
By choosing e‑vouchers and directing guests to our online spa menu, we reduce printed collateral and support our environmental values.

Late cancellations within these periods may incur a 50% fee; same‑day cancellations or no‑shows are charged at 100%.
Weekend and retreat bookings: Full payment is required to secure weekend, retreat, spa package, and group bookings.
Personalised Wellness Retreats: Payments are not refundable if cancelled within 7 days of the scheduled program.

Spa Etiquette and Environment
Maiaveda Spa is a serene retreat for your body, mind, and spirit. To maintain a peaceful atmosphere for all guests, we kindly request:
- Keep noise to a minimum.
- Turn off or silence mobile phones.
- Arrive on time so your treatment can begin without interruption.
- Wear minimal jewellery and loose comfortable clothing.
- If you arrive late, your treatment will still finish at the pre‑booked time. Considerable preparation goes into creating a calm, personalised experience for you.
Our values and care for country
Maiaveda acknowledges the Traditional Owners of the land where we work and gather. We pay our respects to Elders – past, present and emerging – and to their ongoing connection to this beautiful country.
We take a “tread lightly” approach by using all‑natural, Australian‑made products in our spa therapies, recycling waste materials, and minimising water use. We are proudly chemical‑free and use only natural cleaning products.
