Advanced reservations are recommended to avoid disappointment. Our services are in high demand, especially weekends. By accepting our booking, you are accepting our terms and conditions.

All personal information shared will remain private and confidential.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you’re unable to make your appointment, Maiaveda kindly requests 24-hours notice for all bookings scheduled Monday to Friday, and 48-hours notice for all bookings scheduled on Saturday and Sunday to avoid a 50% fee. 100% charge will apply for any treatments cancelled within these notice periods.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO MY TREATMENT?
Before your spa treatment, you will be provided with a robe, disposable undergarment and slippers that can be worn during your treatment, as most of our body treatments utilise pure, organic Ayurvedic oils. We strongly recommend keeping the oil on for at least a few hours to reap the optimal nutritional benefits of the oils. Please take this into account when choosing your clothing.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS
If you have any allergies, high blood pressure, heart conditions, other medical conditions, or are pregnant, we advise you to consult your doctor before signing up for any spa services. Please make your spa therapist aware of any and all medical conditions.
In the interest of client care, before your first treatment a CLIENT CONSENT FORM must be completed and signed - this link is emailed as part of your booking confirmation, it is an online form. Maiaveda is proudly paperless. Please disclose any medical condition, injuries and prescription medication you are taking. Please communicate health conditions such as high blood pressure, allergies, pregnancy or any health related concerns you may have when making your appointment.
We do not recommend the consumption of alcohol before or directly after therapies and treatments. Arrive wearing loose, comfortable clothing, especially for private Yoga Therapy sessions, Energy Healings and Reflexology.
PAYING RESPECT
Maiaveda wishes to acknowledge the Traditional Owners of the land where we work and gather. We pay our respects to Elders - past, present and emerging – and recognise their ongoing connection and contribution to this beautiful nation.
TREAD LIGHTLY
Maiaveda takes a ‘tread lightly’ approach by using all-natural Australian-made products in our spa therapies, recycling waste materials and minimising water use. We are proudly chemical free, we only use natural cleaning products.
We offer e-vouchers and direct guests to our online spa menu where possible, to reduce the amount of marketing collateral going into landfill.

POLICIES & PROCEDURES
Please arrive on time. Please respect the fact that considerable effort and planning goes into preparing for your session prior to your arrival. In the event that you are late arriving for your appointment, the treatment will still be scheduled to finish at the pre-booked time.
We accept cash, Eftpos, Visa & MasterCard. Some Credit Cards incur a 1.2% surcharge.
Full payment is required to secure all weekend, retreat, spa package and group bookings.
Any cancellations or rescheduling of treatments and spa rituals must be done with at least 24 hours notice for weekday bookings and 48 hours notice for weekend appointments to avoid a 50% late cancellation fee. For cancellations made on the day of your treatment and no shows, 100% of treatment will be charged; in the case where you have a gift voucher the value of the booking will be made void. Payments made towards a Personalised Wellness Retreat are not refundable if cancelling within 7 days of your scheduled program.
Gift vouchers are not transferable for cash, refundable once issued, replaceable if lost, damaged or stolen, and are void if altered, photocopied or reproduced.
We kindly ask that children accompany you ONLY if they are receiving services as well.

Please note prices listed under Spa Rituals & Spa Ritual when purchasing an online Gift Certificate are if booked from Monday to Friday, if recipient chooses to redeem on a weekend, an additional charge is added to weekend bookings. All weekend prices are listed on our service menus.
