The Well is a symbol of abundance, flow, ease and connection - all the aspects of life we are all craving in 2022 as we find ourselves in a different reality to what we may have known before. As we receive nature’s gifts at The Well, we can rest, rejuvenate and ultimately re-motivate ourselves to move forward in our lives. The Well gives us a chance to quieten our minds so we can hear, love and respond to that voice within us that is reminding us we are safe and everything is OK.
The voice at The Well we hear so softly is the same voice that gives power to our desires and can provide us, if we allow, with that spark to energise us once again to follow our dreams and set powerful intentions for our lives, our health and our tribe. To continue the work, we must return daily to our home selves for life-sustaining daily practices of breathwork, meditation, movement, nutrition and stress relief.

Maiaveda has been creating authentic, sacred and blissful wellness treatments, retreats, workshops and community gatherings for the Macedon Ranges, Melbourne and beyond communities for over 10 years now, helping 100’s of women, men, business owners, families, young people, to empower their lives through a pathway of developing a personal wellness journey.

Marye’s teachings do not belong to any tradition or lineage, they arise from her own lived wisdom, and are accessible to all.
After years of spiritual seeking, meditation, and immersion in Vedic and healing practices, a series of initiations from childhood and an experience of the dark night of the soul, led Marye to a profound inner awakening and a direct experience with Spirit.
Birthing Maiaveda in 2011, enabled Marye to integrate her gifts and learnings, through her devotion and embodying our true authority as love, she has accepted her calling to teach. Marye O’Brien, Maiaveda’s Founder will hold space for a conversation from The Well on topics related to mental health, trauma, loneliness, anxiety, empowerment, movement, nutrition, relationships, mindset and connection.

Building Wellness Practices Into Your Business Through Having Your Own Wellbeing Ambassador
Who is it for: Business owners of teams of 1 – 100.
There is a new job title in work-life now that revolves around having ‘wellness ambassadors or leaders’ in the workplace. The role of the wellness ambassador is to motivate and communicate with the teams they work with around healthy work and personal health practices.
The Program: Maiaveda has prepared an opportunity for business owners to nominate one member of their team (or themselves) to attend a 2 days retreat to learn how to bring wellness practices into the workplace. This person will become The Wellness Ambassador for your business.
They will receive personalised mentoring from Marye O’Brien as well as small group sessions with other like-minded business people and a series of resources they can take back into the workplace and implement straight away.
This is an excellent professional development opportunity for business owners and a powerful investment in their teams.
Desired Outcome: Healthy teams grow healthy businesses. This approach will ensure there is a consistent and long term approach for 2022 in your organisation that is not just reliant on the business owner leading the charge on wellness. Having one of your team take on the role of The Wellness Ambassador is a game-changing move for businesses that see wellness as one of their key performance indicators for 2022.
Cost: $1,000 (inc GST) per attendee at the 2-day retreat – includes overnight accommodation, meals and resources. Places strictly limited.
Post-retreat, your wellness ambassador will receive 3 months of access to small group mentoring by Marye to assist with the implementation of the practices into the workplace.

Rejuvenating the body, mind and spirit for burnt-out business owners
Who is it for: Business owners, leaders, board members, team leaders.
These are the people who are carrying the load of the business on their shoulders and need a chance to let go, rejuvenate and recharge back to their best selves to face the day-to-day challenges and rewards of living their purpose and leading others along the way.

- An initial 60min consultation with Marye O’Brien, Ayurvedic Practitioner/Holistic Counsellor
- 4 x 90 min treatment wellness sessions with the Maiaveda team, as agreed with Marye during the initial consultation to support, nurture and rebuild the mind, body and spirit.
- These could include but are not limited to, therapeutic treatments, massages, Ayurvedic nutritional / wellness coaching, private yoga session or meditation tuition.
All program attendees will receive a 10% discount voucher for future sessions at Maiaveda and an optional invitation to be part of the pay wellness forward in the Macedon Ranges community through gifting a wellness session at Maiaveda that is then passed on privately to a person in need in the community.

Move | Meditate | Motivate – On-site or off-site ½ day retreats for business owners and their teams
Who is it for: Businesses of up to 10 employees.
The Program: Maiaveda has prepared a half day retreat/workshop that could be run on-site at a business or off-site at Maiaveda’s choice of venue for groups of up to 10 people from the same business.
During these retreats/workshops personally designed for each business, teams will have an opportunity to learn how they can create their own personal wellness program, learn some new daily practices they can incorporate to motivate them in their lives and build productivity habits at work and experience the power of movement, and meditation with Marye O’Brien.
Desired Outcome:
- Stronger team bonding
- Identification of team shared values and goals on wellness
- Fun and enjoyment
Cost: $1,000 (inc GST) for one ½ day retreat for up to 10 participants.
Clients will have the option to purchase catering or bring their own depending on where the retreat/ workshop will be held.

Caring for the caregivers and health care providers
Who is it for: Any health care provider with an ABN for example: psychologist, allied health practitioner, social workers, coaches, nurses. therapists.
The people who are in the front line of helping others as their business are often overlooked (or put themselves last) in terms of their own self-care and nourishment given their demanding roles. It is so important to ‘care for the carers’ and to hold a space for them so they can be looked after and rejuvenated to continue their important work in supporting the rest of our community.
The Program:
- An initial 60 min consultation with Marye O’Brien, Ayurvedic Practitioner/Holistic Counsellor
