Yesterday I had the most amazing facial and massage with Claudia. From the moment I walked in I felt instantly nurtured, the whole experience made me feel taken care of. What an amazing place, the products used are beautiful and the ambience throughout was so relaxing. I would definitely book again the next time I am in Kyneton.

Bodywork
What happens
The Signature is a choreographed, warm herbal oil massage, tailored to the person on the table. Its rhythm is our own, and it includes marma point therapy, which is similar to trigger point work or acupressure.
Along the way there's Reiki, reflexology and a scalp and facial massage. The oils are Ayurvedic combinations, blended with herbs and essential oils for the season and for what you need, guided by Ayurvedic principles.
Afterwards we give you time to sit and come back slowly, with our warming, hand made chai.
Each body type is unique, so the oil combinations are blended with specific herbs and essential oils to meet your special needs.
Marma point therapy presses the junctions the Sushruta Samhita describes where muscle, vessel, ligament, bone and joint meet; there are 107, and they are worked with light touch. Reflexology works set points on the feet. Reiki is a Japanese hands on practice from the 1920s, given through the hands resting lightly on the body. Each is on its own page; in the Signature they are woven into one sequence.
It's designed as the one to book when you don't know what to book. It's the massage the spa rituals are built around, and the oil changes with the season.

My husband Gary and I went to Maiaveda for a Panchakarma, an Ayurvedic cleanse. We were welcomed with a lot of warmth and reassurance. Each visit was filled with genuine love, support and compassion. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Both my husband and I could not recommend it more highly.

Read on GoogleI attended the Women's Embodiment Retreat at Hepburn Springs. It was a beautiful peaceful setting. Mayre has a warm, generous, nurturing and healing spirit, as does her team that assist her, and makes the whole weekend flow effortlessly. A beautiful balance of yoga, meditation, life lesson wisdom and different workshops to try eg drumming and shigong, hammam experience, massages on offer, hot tub and cold plunge, a firepit circle at night, delicious food. This is a soul nourishing retreat, no pressure, welcoming, with other like minded women sharing a weekend together, looking for sustenance to continue with our busy lives. A weekend of self care. All I had to do was show up. Mayre took care of the rest. Highly recommended.
