Bookings, payments and gift vouchers
Bookings, deposits, payments, gift vouchers and memberships are handled by Vagaro, our booking and payment provider. When you book or pay online you do so in Vagaro's system, which collects your details, including your card details, under Vagaro's own privacy policy. Card details you enter with Vagaro are not collected or stored by this website.
Consent forms and the health information you give us before a treatment are also completed through Vagaro.
Credit Card details are only stored for the processing of payments and will be deleted after the day of conclusion of services.
Enquiries sent through this website
When you send us an enquiry through this website, we collect your name, your email address, your phone number if you choose to give it, and your message.
Your enquiry is stored securely with our website's database provider and sent to us by email so that we can reply, and a copy is emailed to you as confirmation. We use it only to answer your enquiry.

Disclosure of personal information
Please inform us of any health related issues you may have at the time of booking. Conditions we need to know about include (but are not limited to) things such as mental health issues, high blood pressure, heart conditions, allergies and pregnancy. If you are unsure whether something might be important, please discuss this with booking staff.
