I believe Maiaveda is the perfect place to assist clients with their healing journey by providing a safe, supportive and caring environment.
My name is Samara and I am degree qualified nutritionist who uses an holistic approach to assist clients achieve optimal health and vitality.

A nutrition consult can set you on the right path to improving your health by providing advice on fuelling your body with nutritious foods that can help you restore balance and feel more energised. I will look at your health concerns in a kind, compassionate and non-judgemental manner to provide dietary and lifestyle advice taking into account your individual requirements.

I have a keen interest in cooking, using fresh and seasonal foods, and ensure your treatment plan includes a range of nutritious and delicious recipes emphasising the therapeutic potential of food as medicine. Prevention and education also form part of the consultation process allowing you to feel empowered to make positive choices in your health.

I have a special interest in the non-diet approach to weight management, helping others to enjoy a healthy relationship with food and body image after struggling with these issues for many years myself. I aim to help others to enjoy flexibility, acceptance and freedom around food choices whilst being kind, nurturing and forgiving towards themselves.
